1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service apply to every visit to the Decklook website and to every order placed through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you shop with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Decklook is operated by DeJo Verkoop en Dienstverlening, a sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "Decklook" refer to DeJo Verkoop en Dienstverlening.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen or the manufacturing process.

Prices shown on the website are in euros and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust product information, or discontinue products at any time. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. ORDERS

An order is placed once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may cancel or adjust orders in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

Payment is due in full at checkout using one of the payment methods available on the website.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to selected destinations available during checkout. Orders may be fulfilled through warehouse and logistics partners depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs procedures

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

If significant delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@decklook.com within the 14-day period.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, or proof of return shipment, we will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Products should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in refund value may apply.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

7. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

All products supplied by Decklook must conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and performance.

If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

Your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law remain fully applicable.

If you experience a problem with a product, please contact us so we can assist you.

8. LIABILITY

We strive to keep our website accurate, secure, and accessible at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Decklook shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from temporary website interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.

9. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is owned by Decklook or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. PRIVACY

Any personal information you provide when using our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.

The version of the terms available at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.

If you have questions or complaints regarding an order, please contact us at info@decklook.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may seek assistance through the appropriate Dutch consumer dispute resolution bodies or available European consumer dispute resolution resources.
